Want to Volunteer?

We want everyone to be able to join us for Epic Fusion this year! To help offset the cost of the event, we happily take volunteers to help us out during the event. We want to make it clear how the system works so there is no confusion.

  1. All passes must be paid upfront. (Students with VALID ID can register anytime at the Extra Early Bird price)
  2. Let us know how many hours you'd like to work, and for each hour worked you will be reimbursed $8 after the event.
  3. If you do not show up for a shift, you will not be reimbursed for that hour.

To Sign Up

Simply send an email to epicfusion@burningriverblues.com with your name, the number of hours you'd like to work, and the day and time you will be arriving at the event. We'll put you on the schedule, and contact you to let you know when to show up to work your hours.

To Get Paid

All payments will be made at the end of the weekend via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, let us know and we can write you a check instead.

How Many Hours to Work?

Here's some examples of how to figure out how many volunteer hours to request:

Dance Only Pass: Plan on 5 hours ($8 * 5 = $40)

Extra Early Bird: Plan on 9-10 hours ($8 * 9 = $72)

Early Bird: Plan on 12 hours ($8 * 12 = $96)
