Participation Waiver: Dancing is a physical sport, and as such, carries certain risks. Should an injury occur, you agree to hold harmless those involved in the production of this event, as well as those owning the venues for this event. In addition, we will be taking pictures and videos during the event, and you agree that such material may be displayed on the internet for others to see, including (but not limited to), Facebook, Flickr, and the Burning River Blues websites. Yes, I understand and agree to the terms of the waiver.

Tickets: No tickets are required for this event! Your online registration email will serve as your ticket - please print a copy of this confirmation to bring to the event.

Refund policy:

No refunds will be issued for registration.

However, your registration is transferable and we STRONGLY recommend that you explore other options to transfer your registration to another person on your own. BRB will not be responsible for arranging transfers, however BOTH parties must notify us in the event your registration will be used by someone other than yourself. All transfers must occur by May 16th to be valid.

BRB will not refund individual dances or classes if you are unable to make them.
